SANS Consulting Services is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Sales Executive within our IT Professional Services division for our NYC office.This opportunity allows a proven revenue generator, to join a growing organization that provides our Fortune 100 clientele specialized domain knowledge, best-of-breed technologies, rapidly deployableproprietary frameworks/solutions and flexible engagement models. We are in business for over 20 years, and engaged with top tier firms as preferred vendors.
Utilize your expertise to independently develop relationships and sell IT staffing consisting of Consulting and/or Perm.
Leverage current business relationships and build new clients via direct and indirect sourcing methods
Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities
Develop sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration
Present qualified business opportunities to executives, lead negotiations, and overcome objections to closure
Over 10 years of proven experience successfully selling IT Staffing services within large organizations including Financial Services.
Demonstrated experience to think strategically about the business, product, and technical challenges, with the skill-set to drive tactical execution of sales and business development goals
Consistent ability to meet or exceed quarterly objectives
Highly developed networking, customer relations, negotiation, and ability to influence to achieve desired outcomes
Self-motivated,possessing strong organizational skills
Bachelor Degree required
